These SMS Terms apply to the text message program of The Golden Hog, operated by Food Provisions LLC, 91 Harbor Drive, Key Biscayne, FL 33149 (“we”, “us”). By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Golden Hog Daily Menu sends recurring marketing text messages with our daily menu, specials and promotions.

How you opt in

You join only by giving us your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive up to one message per day.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply according to your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To join again, opt in again as described above.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
