Do you have parking available?

Yes. 

Can I reserve a table/s?

Our tables are first-come-first-served. We normally don’t take reservations. However, if you have a special occasion, please speak with our manager to reserve a table.

We don’t host events or parties. However if you are planning a small group gathering, contact us to see if we can accommodate a special request.

What are your hours and locations?

We are open every day; except on December 25 and January 1st. Holiday hours may vary from regular schedule.

Do you carry organic or locally sourced products?

Yes. Among our wide selection of goods, you can find many organic and local products.

Do you deliver outside of Key Biscayne?

Yes. We have different delivery fees by zip code. Contact us for more information.

Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased in-store at the Cashier station. 

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Our facilities process allergen ingredients such as nuts, dairy, seafood, gluten, etc. However, in our market we offer a variety of gluten free, dairy free and nut free items. 

Do you offer takeout or catering services?

Yes, we offer many dishes for catering. Please reach out to us for a special occasion catering. On our catering section you can find many everyday catering items such as lasagna, meats, salads, platters, trays, etc. We offer a holiday menu that is available seasonally. At the moment, we do not offer full catering set up or servers. 

Can I pick up my order in Key Colony?

Unfortunately, no. At this time all website orders are centralized for pickup at our main store at Harbor Plaza (91 Harbor Dr) or for Delivery, with the corresponding delivery fee. 

Can I set up a corporate account for regular purchases or catering?

Yes. Credit card information is required, but it’s definitely a service many customers use and enjoy.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

We don’t at the moment, but one is coming soon!

Are pets allowed in the store?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets inside the store. Florida law prohibits animals in food establishments. The only exceptions to the law are formally designated service animals. Thank you for understanding.

Is your store wheelchair accessible?

Our parking and bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance during your visit if necessary.

Do you have Wi-Fi available for customers?

Yes.
